Reservations are required by NOON ON THE WEDNESDAY prior to the meeting. Call 360-907-4407, Email reserve@weowa.org or reserve online. The Heathman staff graciously sets the tables for the number of reservations we have. If we have members or visitors arrive without reservations our room may be too small. If we have no-shows WEO must still pay for the meals. Please help us help you make sure your seat is waiting for you!

AFTER YOU HIT SUBMIT you will automatically be taken to a page to pay for your reservation.

VISITORS must prepay when they make their reservation (by the Wednesday prior to the meeting). They can either pay online, send a check to the address at the bottom of this screen, or drop off payment at Kramer Insurance Group (5305 E 18th Street Ste #120, Vancouver, Wa  98661) or Thomas & Company CPA, PC (7716 N.E. Hazel Dell Ave, Vancouver, WA, 98665). The only exception is if the member who invited the visitor will guarantee payment. If a member guarantees their payment and the visitor does not attend, the member must pay for the person they invited who was a "no-show".

NOTE: Noon on the Wednesday prior to the meeting is the last chance to reserve or cancel your spot for the meeting. Those who don't cancel by noon will be responsible for the price of their missed dinner, unless they can find someone to fill their spot. Ask your favorite businesswoman to come in your place!
